How it Works

Personalized Consultation

Every lip is unique. Nurse Vivi begins with a detailed consultation to understand your goals—whether it’s restoring volume, defining the border, correcting asymmetry, or achieving a more youthful shape. Together, you’ll choose the approach that best complements your features.

The Injection Experience

Lip filler appointments are quick and focused, typically taking about 30-45 minutes. Using advanced techniques and an artistic eye, Nurse Vivi enhances your lips with precision—carefully sculpting a shape that feels balanced, proportionate, and natural.

Results That Speak Softly

Results are visible immediately after treatment, with full settling within 5 to 10 days as any mild swelling fades. Using RHA® and Revanesse Versa™, Nurse Vivi creates soft, elegant lips that move naturally and harmonize beautifully with your facial structure.

Certified Drug Safety

Your safety is always our top priority. At Aesthetics by Vivi, we exclusively use FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers from trusted, medical-grade brands—RHA® and Revanesse Versa™. All products are sourced directly from authorized distributors to ensure authenticity and optimal performance.

Treatment Goals

Lip filler isn’t one-size-fits-all. Each treatment is tailored to your unique features and desired outcome. Common goals include:

  • Enhancing natural volume without looking overfilled
  • Defining the lip border (vermilion border) for a crisp, youthful outline
  • Balancing asymmetry between the upper and lower lips
  • Restoring volume loss due to aging
  • Lifting downturned corners for a softer, more approachable look
  • Correcting smoker’s lines or vertical lip lines
  • Creating shape or structure while preserving natural movement
  • Refining lip proportions to better complement your facial profile

Whether you’re looking for subtle definition or a more sculpted lip, Nurse Vivi delivers results that feel natural, elegant, and true to you.

I had the best experience getting my lips and Botox done by Vivi! She is warm, welcoming, and so professional. I felt comfortable right from the start. Both services were painless, which was a pleasant surprise, as lip filler tends to be uncomfortable for me. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out and I highly recommend booking with her!!

GO TO HER NOW! nurse vivi is an amazing aesthetic nurse. i came to her with migrated hyaluronic acid pen and she recommended we fully dissolve the lips and redo with lip filler injections. she was so informative and made me feel so comfortable and i couldn’t be happier with the results. i came back to her a year later to touch up the lips with 1/2 syringe and they look perfect again!.. she is the best and book an appointment with her now!

have a question?

Quick answers to questions you may have

Will my lips look overfilled or unnatural?

No. Each treatment is customized to enhance your natural shape—not distort it. Whether you prefer a subtle refresh or more defined volume, the goal is always soft, balanced, and elegant results that suit your features.

How long does lip filler last?

Lip filler typically lasts 6 to 12 months, depending on the product used and how your body metabolizes hyaluronic acid. Nurse Vivi uses long-lasting, flexible fillers like RHA® and Revanesse Versa™ to ensure natural movement and consistent results.

How soon will I see results?

You’ll see results immediately after your treatment, though minor swelling is normal and may take a few days to settle. Final shape and definition are usually visible by day 5 to 10.

Can I get lip filler if it’s my first time?

Absolutely. Many of our clients are first-timers! Nurse Vivi will guide you through every step, answer all your questions, and tailor the treatment to your comfort level and aesthetic goals—no pressure, just precision.

What’s the difference between lip filler and a lip flip?

Lip filler involves injecting hyaluronic acid-based products like RHA® or Revanesse® Versa™ into the lips to add volume, enhance shape, and improve definition. It’s ideal for clients who want fuller lips, better symmetry, or correction of volume loss.

A lip flip, on the other hand, uses a small amount of Botox® or Xeomin® injected above the upper lip to relax the muscle and subtly roll the lip outward. This gives the appearance of a fuller upper lip without adding volume.

Both treatments are quick and effective—but they serve different goals. During your consultation, Nurse Vivi will help determine which option is best for your desired look.

What if I’ve had filler before—can I still be treated?

Yes, absolutely. If you’ve had filler in the past, Nurse Vivi will assess the current state of your lips and determine whether you’re ready for additional treatment or if previous filler needs time to settle—or be dissolved—before proceeding.

We always prioritize balance, safety, and natural results, so your treatment plan will be customized based on your goals, filler history, and how your lips have responded to past treatments. Whether it’s a touch-up, correction, or a fresh start, you’re in experienced hands.

How soon can I wear makeup or lipstick after my appointment?

It’s best to wait at least 12 to 24 hours before applying makeup or lipstick to your lips after filler treatment. This helps minimize the risk of irritation, infection, or disrupting the product while it’s settling.

If you must apply something sooner (like for photos or a special event), Nurse Vivi recommends using a clean applicator and a fresh product—not something that’s been used before—to reduce bacteria exposure. You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions to help protect your results and healing process.

What’s the difference between natural lips and Russian lips?

Natural lips are achieved with filler techniques that subtly enhance your existing shape—focusing on soft volume, smooth contours, and balanced proportions. The goal is to make the lips look refreshed and fuller, without changing your natural anatomy or profile.

Russian lips, on the other hand, are a more structured technique designed to lift and accentuate the height of the lips, particularly the Cupid’s bow. This style creates a doll-like, heart-shaped appearance with more vertical height and less outward projection.
